JC Brooks & the Uptown Sound is a Chicago based soul quintet led by singer JC Brook with guitarist Billy Bungeroth, drummer Kevin Marks, keyboardist Jeremy Tromburg, bassist Theodore Berry and percussionist Jovia Armstrong.
