In April, Live Wire will focus on the history of Tap Dancing and its deep cultural roots in African traditions and culture. Led by C. Daniel Dawson, the discussion will include artists whose work upholds the traditions of Tap while also connecting the art form to present day performance styles.

Joining Mr. Dawson will be Brinae Ali, Alfred Bruce Bradley, Germaine Ingram, Jason Samuels Smith, and Maurice Chestnut.
