Friday, July 29, 2016 at 6 PM

The Apollo Theater has served as a stage for many artists that are well known today. Many generations have come of age under the Theater’s artistic influence and we are reviving that excitement via Apollo Teen Takeover. Created by participants in the Apollo’s High School Internship Program, Apollo Teen Takeover is a celebration of art created by New York City youth. Performances and visual arts featured at this event were curated by teens for teens. Apollo Teen Takeover is the summer event for youth who share a passion for the arts; come wearing your brightest neon and chill with some of NYC’s most talented young artists.
