Visual storytelling has transformed the arts and entertainment industries by taking audiences from the page to the big screen and back again. Whether you’re a comics fan or graphic novel reader, the genre has seen writers like Ta-Nehisi Coates and Marjorie Liu pen for Black Panther and The X-Men, respectively. We’ll explore the mass appeal and duality of this industry in our panel through conversations with writers, illustrators, agents, and publishers.

Platinum Boy Music, Inc. CEO Antwan “Amadeus” Thompson hosted his Music 101 College Tour to the Apollo Theater Soundstage. The evening included a panel discussion on careers in the music industry, the business of music, and the process of creating music. This event was a must-attend for musicians, songwriters, technicians and others looking to get started or advance in the music industry.
